Specifications

You will have no problems hanging the canvas safely and securely.

All of the canvases consist of a hand-assembled stretcher frame with a folded edge made from the highest quality timber wooden frame that is approximately 2cm (¾”) thick ensuring you receive an elegant, lightweight and robust canvas.

The photos are printed using the best water-resistant matte cotton material and the latest industry-leading UV resistant HP Latex Ink technology, which prevents the colours from fading over time. Our printing is solvent free, meaning our canvas prints are safe for children and those with allergies.

All of this ensures a high-resolution, flawless, crisp, durable, high standard product.

Due to the exceptional circumstances caused by Covid-19, deliveries may take slightly longer. However, this is usually not the case and we are able to maintain our quick production and delivery times.

The canvases are delivered by reliable couriers in secure packaging designed to keep them safe in transit.

Matt Senior Photography is based in the United Kingdom, however our printing services are located across the globe so we are able to deliver our canvases to many different countries. These countries can be found on our delivery table.

Our shop is more than just a place to sell photographs. It is a way for us to showcase the beauty of the world through the photographs we have taken.

We have travelled to and documented many areas around the world. We take a great deal from travelling, being surrounded by nature, being immersed in new cultures.

Once your payment method has been approved on the Checkout Page and you have accepted our Terms and Conditions, you will be redirected to a Thank You page on our website with information about your order. This page indicates that your order has been processed and you will receive an email from us at the email address you provided during the checkout process.

If you cannot locate your confirmation email once you have placed your order, please check your spam/junk folder. If necessary, please check that your mailbox storage capacity hasn’t been exceeded. If you still can’t find your order confirmation email, please contact us at sales@mattseniorphotography.com or through our contact form.

The Matt Senior Photography watermark will be present in the corner of the physical canvas print, however, it will be much smaller in size than the watermark visible on the product images and it will also be slightly transparent.

Yes, the photograph quality on the canvas print will be much higher-quality and sharper than the photo quality on the website. The quality and image size has been reduced for the website to enable faster loading times.

The following methods are available: PayPal or card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.

Yes, it is possible to purchase multiple items. For most countries, the delivery cost for each additional item is free. Please see our delivery prices page or our delivery tab on the product pages for more information on shipping costs and additional items.

To ensure that your goods arrive undamaged, we only use high-quality packaging. The canvas prints are provided with extra edge protection to avoid any damage to the corners during transit.

We provide tracking information for orders placed in most countries we deliver to. You will receive an email with a tracking number once the package has been shipped. For more information contact us at info@mattseniorphotography.com.

If you’re not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will keep hold of your package and leave a message. They will then attempt delivery on the following working day or will leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe area.

If your item arrived damaged, you can return it to us. Please take a few pictures of the damage and send a description of the damage and your order number to sales@mattseniorphotography.com. We will review your complaint and let you know how we can help as soon as possible. Please note, items that are not damaged cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given upon cancellation due to the fast processing time.

If you make your payment and haven’t received an invoice within 24 hours, please contact us at sales@mattseniorphotography.com or through our contact form.

Unfortunately, there is no option to select a faster shipping method. Once your order has been confirmed, delivery can take up to 15 working days depending on location.

We regret that due to our quick order processing times, your delivery address in most cases cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

For ecological and health protection reasons, our canvas prints are printed exclusively with solvent-free inks. They are water resistant, however they can be sensitive to excessive moisture. With this in mind, ensure that prints are not hung up in rooms with high humidity levels, such as bathrooms. Never wipe your canvas with a wet cloth.
