If your item arrived damaged, you can return it to us. Please take a few pictures of the damage and send a description of the damage and your order number to sales@mattseniorphotography.com. We will review your complaint and let you know how we can help as soon as possible. Please note, items that are not damaged cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given upon cancellation due to the fast processing time.
